Everything. There are some places and staff that are etched as a remembrance always. And this is the hotel We are very seasoned travellers and stay in numerous hotels. We have never come across such people and it starts from the top- the manager going to the reception staff and my special thanks to Mustafa’s and the handy person Master. Somehow a lot on personal itinerary went wrong for us in this one day and they helped us sort out every single problem. Thanks everyone.

During my stay at Wyndham Bukhara, I found the staff to be exceptionally welcoming and helpful throughout. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and I really appreciated the pleasant welcome. Once again, Everything is perfect, the staff were very welcoming, breakfast was wonderful. It’s my second stay, and I felt very much welcomed. A special thank you to the reception staff, especially Ameliya, for kindly providing me with a copy of a document I needed, free of charge, sincerely appreciated her kind gesture. I would also like to personally thank, Baxriddin, Yulduz and muzaffar, muhammad and nemat for their hospitality and attentiveness and their high level of care during my stay. And ofcourse Mirshod that went above and beyond to assist me from check-in to small details made me feel right at home. It’s always the people who make the biggest difference, and thanks to them, my experience was even more enjoyable I wanted to update my previous review, as I had accidentally rated my previous stay as a 6 out of 10, which doesn’t reflect my true experience. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to others. My apologies for the rating error—my experience was definitely much more positive.

This was my second stay at this hotel, and I chose to return simply because I truly love it. From the staff to the rooms to the breakfast, everything exceeded expectations once again. The team is incredibly helpful, and I would especially like to highlight Mishod Ameliya. She was outstanding—extremely professional, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. She even arranged a late check-out for us at 3 PM and assisted us with booking our train tickets, which we greatly appreciated. Her exceptional service truly enhanced our experience, and I believe she deserves special recognition. The beds are very comfortable, the breakfast offers a wide variety of delicious options, and the hotel’s decor is absolutely charming and thoughtfully designed. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area, and I’m already looking forward to returning, inshallah.

As it was business trip in combination with touristic activities, I enjoyed twice. We had international congress in the conference halls of this hotel, and accommodation at the same hotel was good decision. Rooms are convenient, clean, breakfast was good. Location is also close to main places of Bukhara. Mirshod and Dilshod from reception were very attentive and did their best to make our stay maximally comfortable. Mirshod made upgrade of room free of charge. Despite the 100% fullness of the hotel with guests, since it is high tourist season, all the hotel staff does the best & in time so we got pleasant impression. Thanks.
